There are 8 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. Please refer to power management for 8-WDFN Exposed Pad functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Regulator/Supervisor products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. When a supply voltage of 14V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. In total, it has 8 pins on IC management. 8 pins are on the supervisor. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation.
