There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please refer to power management for SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. In a 2.5V supply voltage, the power management conducts. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip.
