This voltage supervisor has a total of 5 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 2.5V. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts.
