This power management consists of 5 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. IC management is packaged as a SC-74A, SOT-753 package. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. When a supply voltage of 2.5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management.
