It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Sequencer products. A supply voltage of 6 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. There are 28 pins on the supervisor. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 2.7V volts. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating.
