MAX71315ECQ+ Overview

In Tray package. Packet 100-LQFP. It can also be used as a Single Phase meter. Currently available in Surface Mount. -40°C~85°C's operational temperature is extended. The power supply is 3V~3.6V. A voltage of 0.6V is present on the low-level I/O ports of this PMIC. This device displays a voltage of 2V for high-level I/Os. Application-specific 100 solution for logic gates. Installing and dismounting it is easy with the Surface Mount design. The supply current should be set to 12.5mA to keep the PMIC working normally. It can operate up to 10MHz Hz. In this PMIC, 256kB is sized for memory. There is a FLASH memory in the PMIC.
