optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 16 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER-type IC. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 2 outputs. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Programmable outputs through their output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. 200kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Input voltage 4.2V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to ±12V ±15V. DC DC switching regulator's 2A Switch output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 6V. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 5V.
