The switching controller fits in the Die package and is ideal for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. dc controls with 3V~16.5V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a 0°C~70°C TA. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 300kHz position. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable.
