It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. The space-saving 64-WFBGA, WLBGA package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 4 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C temperature while operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 2MHz.
