Tape & Reel (TR)ipped up in a box. This package has the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad extension. In addition, it can be used as a Single Phase meter as well. Surface Mount is available for purchase. It is possible to achieve higher operational temperatures at -40°C~85°C. A 3.15V~3.45V power supply is used to power the device. See more similar parts on MAX78615. There is a voltage of 0.8V on the low-level I/O ports of this PMIC. It is important to note that this device presents a voltage of 2V for high-level I/Os. A 24 termination is included in the part.
