There are 8 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. IC management conducts in a 3V-voltage supply.
