MAX8515EZK+T Overview
A handy package called SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Shunt. The handy Tape & Reel (TR) variable is used in this program. The 5 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of ±1%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 0.6V voltage is output. The output of 1 is sufficient.Input is taken from a Adjustable form.5 pins are included in the voltage reference ic.Temperatures should not rise above 260 during reflow soldering. For PCB designs that require high precision, Surface Mount is available.Working within -40°C~85°C TA is my area of expertise.20mA input applications can use the reference voltage.Generally, the cathode current should be 4mA.There is a requirement for a 3.3V supply voltage.Supplying it with 1.7V volts is the minimum voltage required. The voltage generated is fixed/minimum at 0.2V.This voltage reference ic outputs a voltage of at least 0.2V.There would be 18V higher voltage than 18V from the voltage reference circuit.
