There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -25°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 13kHz 100kHz 250kHz.
