An easy-to-use SOIC package is used.The handy Series package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel package.Various terminations with 8.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 5V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 245.In various applications, the voltage reference circuit is used as a type Voltage References.Surface Mount applications are compatible with the voltage reference.A voltage reference ic's output current cannot exceed 10mA.Due to the fact that the maximum input voltage of the part is 20V, users are recommended to limit the voltage accordingly.A voltage of 15V is required for its operation.It must be supplied with a voltage of 7V at a minimum.Ambient temperatures should not exceed 70°C.Despite its low operating temperature, it can still function at 0°C degrees Celsius.Voltage output is 5V.There is 0.08% maximum inaccuracy for this voltage reference ic.
