MAX9938HEBS+TG45 Overview
The linear amplifier is packaged in a 4-WFBGA, CSPBGA case which makes it easy for the consumer to handle. There are two types of operational amplifiers in this circuit. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. The number of terminations approaches 4. Please take in mind that this instrumentation amplifier should be run at 3.6V.
