MAX9938TEBS+T Overview
There is a 4-WFBGA, CSPBGA case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. Op amps are Current Sense types of amplifier on the chip. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used for delivering the op amp. There have been a total of 5 terminations over the past year. Please take in mind that op amp should be run at 3.6V.
