A frequency of 1.5GHz~2.2GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.With the enhanced 20-WQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent.The RF modulator is packaged in a Tube package.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.This integrated circuit has 20 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.
