MX7248JP+ Overview


It is supplied in the LCC package. 15V volts power it. The Other Converters family of FPGAs includes this part. This FPGA model is contained in Tube for space saving. In total, it has 20 terminations on each end. In order to make it work, 20 pins have been designed. In my opinion, this FPGA could produce fantastic results if mounted in Surface Mount, provided that its specifications are followed. This module can reach a maximum operating temperature of 70°C when operating at its maximum power. Over 0°C, the operating temperature should be higher. With a total of 20 pins, it is equipped with a high level of security. It can accept a maximum voltage of 15.75V volts as a supply voltage. With a minimum supply voltage of 11.4V, it can operate.
