MX7545KP+ Overview

There are two packages that contain it: PLCC package and X package. The Other Converters family of FPGA parts includes this part. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tube for the sake of space saving. In total, it has 20 terminations on each end. In this case, 20 pins are used in the design. Having stated that, if this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, then it may be able to perform fantastically according to its specifications. As far as the maximum operating temperature of this module is concerned, it reaches 70°C. In order to achieve 0°C, the operating temperature must be higher than 0°C. In addition to this, it has 20 pins. It supports the maximal supply voltage of 15V. It is able to work with the minimal supply voltage of 5V.
