SI7661CSA+T Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 8 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at 0°C~70°C TA.
