SP6123ACN-L/TR Overview


Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 3V~5.5V. Work well in dc switchers with a 0°C~70°C TA. The switching controller can be switched at 500kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount.
