SP690AEN-L Overview

As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 5V. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. Power management is also possible to add other features such as WATCH DOG TIMER, BACKUP-BATTERY SWITCHOVER to name a few.
