SP706TEN-L Overview

Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. When 3.3V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C TA.
