SPX1431S-L/TR Overview

A handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Uses the handy Shunt package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Voltage reference with ±0.4% tolerance.The user can enter input on the Adjustable form.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -55°C~125°C TA.Applications with 150mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.Its cathode current should generally be 1mA.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 2.5V.It would send a maximum voltage of 36V.
