TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have ±1% tolerance.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 5V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.It can be used with 20mA inputs.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 50μA.It generates a fixed voltage of 5V.It is tested at 5.05V to see what voltage is produced by the voltage reference circuit.There is 4.95V less than 4.95V voltage output from this voltage reference ic.
