SPX385N-L-2-5 Overview
An easy-to-use TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) package is used.The handy Shunt package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Bulk package.Various terminations with 3.For precise voltage reference, use ±2% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 2.5V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed NOT APPLICABLE.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Through Hole.Worked within -40°C~85°C TA.For applications with 20mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.A cathode current of 20μA is generally considered to be correct.Voltage 2.5V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.In this test, the voltage reference circuit is tested for its greatest voltage output 2.55V.There is 2.45V voltage lower than 2.45V at the output of the voltage reference ic.
