The reference voltage makes use of the handy TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) package.This part is used as a voltage reference and has a Shunt control.External packaging Tape & Reel (TR) encloses the voltage reference ic.Tolerance of ±1% for precise voltage measurements.A Adjustable form is available for input by the user.In the case of demanding PCB designs, Through Hole is available.Suitable for work within 0°C~105°C TA.Inputs of 100mA are compatible with the reference voltage.Cathode currents should generally be equal to 1mA.In this case, the voltage is fixed at 2.503V.It is possible for the voltage reference circuit to send a voltage greater than 20V volts.
