SPX432N-L Overview
A handy TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) package is used.Uses the handy Shunt package.The handy Bulk package is used in this program.Voltage reference with ±1% tolerance.The user can enter input on the Adjustable form.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Through Hole is available.I am qualified to work within 0°C~105°C TA.Applications with 80mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.Its cathode current should generally be 1mA.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 1.24V.It would send a maximum voltage of 18V.
