XRP6142EL2-0-F Overview

There are a total of 1 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. The alternator regulator is packaged in a 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad container to facilitate transportation. The power regulator is ready for shipment in Bulk. Volatge output for this voltage controller is 0.5V~5V. Easy adaptability thanks to Surface Mount universal mount. This shunt regulator targets at Controller, DDR and other applications. The operating temperature should be set to -40°C~125°C to avoid mal-function. This variable voltage regulator is designed to have a voltage input of 1V~5.5V.
