MLX75023STF-BAA-000-TR Overview

For safety reasons, the image sensors are packaged in 44-UFBGA, WLBGA packages. There should be 3V~3.6V voltage present on the image sensors. The image sensors will be packaged inside the Tray in order to prevent damage to them.
