If you want reliable results, you should set the transducers' temperature to -40°C~150°C. Supply voltages as low as 4.5V~5.5V work well with the transducers. Temperatures of 150°C are the maximum operating temperatures of the transducers. It is impossible to operate the transducers below -40°C.
