The current sensors are put into 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages for safety protection. These current sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to protect the devices from damage. The maximum current supplied by these current sensors should be 12mA. The current supplied by current sensors should not be higher than 12mA. The operating temperature must not be lower than -40°C to ensure these current sensors work. But the maximum operating temperature for the current sensors should be set to 150°C.
