Safety precautions are taken by putting the current sensors in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages. The current sensors are enclosed in the Tape & Reel (TR) to prevent them from being damaged. Current sensors should supply no more current than 12mA. When the current sensors operate, they could output 5V voltage.
