An Tape & Reel (TR) case is included with the delivery. There is a TO-263-4 case with the integrated voltage regulator. The electronic component implements 1 Voltage regulator ICs. There is an 1.5Amp current output on this voltage regulator IC. In terms of its dropout voltage, it is 10 volts. Utilize the regulator IC when the temperature is below 125°C. It is recommended that the chip be operated at a temperature no lower than -40°C operating temperature. According to its specs, this IC voltage regulator generally outputs 12V volts.
