MIC37139-2.5YSTR Overview
An Tape & Reel (TR) case is included with the delivery. There is a TO-261-4 case with the integrated voltage regulator. The electronic component implements 1 Voltage regulator ICs. There is an 1.5Amp current output on this voltage regulator IC. There are 4 pins on the chip. Utilize the regulator IC when the temperature is below 125°C. It is recommended that the chip be operated at a temperature no lower than -40°C operating temperature. According to its specs, this IC voltage regulator generally outputs 2.5V volts.
