For greater flexibility, its SOIC package is used.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 1.5A.For its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.There is a maximum operating temperature of 150°C.Minimum operating temperatures are allowed to be 0°C.The maximum voltage for operation is 18V.A supply voltage of 4.5V is the minimum value required to operate the device.
