TL431K-TP Overview
TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Cut Tape (CT) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have ±0.5% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.It can be used with 100mA inputs.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 1mA.It generates a fixed voltage of 2.5V.There is 2.5V less than 2.5V voltage output from this voltage reference ic.Voltages of 36V are the highest the voltage reference circuit would send.
