On the chip, there is an 2Kb 256 x 8 memory, which is the size of the chip's memory. EEPROM-format memory is used in this device, which is a mainstream design. A wide operating temperature range makes this device ideal for a variety of demanding applications. A voltage of 1.7V~5.5V can be supplied to memory ics. The recommended mounting type for this device is Surface Mount. A clock frequency rotation within 400kHz is used for the ic memory chip to rotate data.
