24AA64-I/S16K Overview

There is a Non-Volatile memory type associated with this device. In addition, memory ics is available in a Tape & Reel (TR) case as well. An embedded Die case surrounds memory ics. This chip has an 64Kb 8K x 8 size of memory on it, so a lot of data can be stored on it. There is a mainstream memory format used by this device, which is called EEPROM-format memory.
