As far as memory types are concerned, Non-Volatile is considered to be its memory type. The case comes in the Tube style. An embedded 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case surrounds memory ics. There is an 8Kb 1K x 8 memory capacity on the chip. This device uses takes advantage of the EEPROM format. -40°C~85°C TA is an extended operating temperature range, making this device ideal for demanding applications. With 2.5V~5.5V as the supply voltage, it is capable of handling memory ics. As far as the mounting type is concerned, Surface Mount is recommended. It has a clock frequency of 10MHz. When selecting similar parts for the ic memory chip, 25LC080A is often referred to. The memory device is enclosed in a package with an 8-pin connector. In this chip, the Surface Mount mounting method is used, a straightforward, high-efficiency mounting method. As far as its nominal supply current is concerned, this memory component carries a rating of 6mA. In order for this device to function properly, its operating temperature must not be less than -40°C.
