ATMEGA128-16MU Description


ATMEGA128-16MU developed by Microchip Technology is a type of 8-bit microcontroller with 128KBytes in-system programmable flash. The Power-save mode allows the user to maintain a timer base while the rest of the device is sleeping because the asynchronous timer continues to run. In ADC Noise Reduction mode, switching noise during ADC conversions is minimized by stopping the CPU and all I/O modules except Asynchronous Timer and ADC. The Standby mode allows the Crystal/Resonator Oscillator to run while the rest of the device is sleeping, which ensures fast start-up and low power consumption.
