ATSAM4S16CA-AU Description
The ATSAM4S16CA-AU is a 32-bit flash microcontroller from the SMART SAM4S series that is based on the potent ARM Cortex-M4 RISC processor. It has 1MB of flash memory and 128kB of SRAM, and it runs at a top speed of 120MHz. A full-speed USB device port with an embedded transceiver, a high-speed MCI for SDIO/SD/MMC, an External Bus Interface with a Static Memory Controller to connect to SRAM, PSRAM, NOR flash, LCD Module, and NAND flash, two 3-channel general-purpose 16-bit timers with support for stepper motors and quadrature decoder logic, an RTC, a 12-bit ADC, a 12-bit DAC, and an ana The device can function between 1.62V and 3.6V. With native support for the Atmel QTouch® library and support for capacitive touch, it is prepared for buttons, wheels, and sliders. Peripherals may receive, respond to, and send events in both active and sleeping modes thanks to real-time event management.
