ATTINY13A-PU Description


The ATTINY13A-PU is a low-power CMOS 8-bit microcontroller based on the AVR-enhanced RISC architecture. By executing powerful instructions in a single clock cycle, the ATTINY13A-PU achieves throughputs approaching 1 MIPS per MHz allowing the system designer to optimize power consumption versus processing speed. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -40 and 125℃. And the transistor ATTINY13A-PU in the PDIP-8 package with 68W  power dissipation.
