Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 52kHz. Regulator 4V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 4V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 3.3V.
