It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 52kHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4V. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 1.23V. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 1A, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 1A. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 40V. The LM2575 family of DC/DC regulators includes this DC/DC regulator.
