For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. Space-saving 24-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 52kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4V.
