For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. 52kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Regulator 4V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 4V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 3.3V.
