MCP120-300HI/TO Overview
It is mounted through 3 terminals on the power management. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Bulk. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a voltage supply of 5V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. By Through Hole, IC management has been mounted. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. In total, the power management has 3 pins in it. This power management system has 3 pins. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1V. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. Through Hole mounting is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 60μA.
