This voltage supervisor has a total of 3 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260.
