MCP1320T-29BE/OT Overview

Please refer to power management for SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. In a 5V supply voltage, the power management conducts. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. This power management system has 5 pins. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. Supplied with a operating current of 10μA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified. You can always use MCP1320, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. At the most, voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 10μA.
